Why are condominiums popular especially among urban dwellers? Most white-collar jobs dot urban centers and since our cities are overcrowded, finding a decent place to reside is a major concern. Available single or multi-family dwellings are located at the outskirts, so far out that commuting to and from work is an energy sapping experience. It is this particular need that real estate developers tried to solve; thus condominiums were built. |

December 8, 2006: We attended Brian Klemmer's Personal Mastery at the end of October and were propelled into taking the Advanced Leadership in San Francisco. We completed the course last week. The personal development and breakthroughs achieved were phenomenal. We look forward to reaching new heights now that we've worked on ourselves. And if you've never been to San Francisco, we highly recommend it. |

November 18, 2006: The last week has been incredibly busy. Time was spent in Alberta in Edmonton, Calgary and small towns. The opportunities available are unbelievable! Everyone is bullish on oil and as a result, the Real Estate market is booming. Hopefully we'll have some finalized deals to share with you soon.
