In an empty suite at Cresford Developments' second-phase Quad Lofts building on Adelaide Street -- construction crews still busy finishing off units below, -- Maria Athanasoulis points out floor-to-ceiling windows and talks about sunlight. Specifically, the added light that makes its way into the unit thanks to one of its defining features: extra ceiling height.
