ASG Financial Corp. is a Canadian investment services firm that identifies, acquires or mortgages and develops Canadian real estate- based assets for investors around the world. Investors in the current opportunities will receive 15% interest compounded quarterly, of which 10% will be paid quarterly and 5% accrued. The accrued amount will be paid out of available cash flow. There is an additional profit participation of 15% of the profit in each of the projects. The first offering is ASG L.P. No 28 which will lend funds to Hallstone One Financial Inc. as a secured subordinated participating second mortgage. The first property is Clairtrell Mews II which will be a high rise condominium development in the Bayview Sheppard North West Node ready for construction in fall of 2008. The project is designed by well known Toronto Architect and Planner, Clifford Korman of Kirkor Artchitects (http://www.kirkorarchitects.com) The second property is Leaside Townhomes which will be 5 luxury freehold townhomes over 2000 sqft of living space located west of Bayview and South of Eglinton construction estimated to commence Summer of 2008. The third and final property in Hallstone One is Scarborough Bluffs Townhomes on the south side of Kingston Road east of Birchmount for 4 semi-detached homes and 3 townhouses with construction commencing November 2007. The second offering is ASG L.P. No 45 which will lend funds to Hallstone Two Financial Inc. as a secured subordinated participating second mortgage. The first property is Churchill Park which a project of 36 townhomes on a cull-de sac west of Yonge Street near Mel Lastman Square. Construction is expected to begin Fall 2007. The second and final property in Hallstone Two is 1183 Queen Street East which is located at Rushbrook very similar to Corktown and Watermark Lofts. There are plans for 12 townhomes ready for occupancy in December 2008.
